Delivery Charges

Please Note that orders will incur a delivery charge of £30 inc. VAT (UK mainland orders) and will be added on to your final invoice. Orders over the value of £4000 will incur NO delivery charge.

How can I make returns?

If you require assistant with arranging a return please contact Customer Services and they will be pleased to help. Time limits on returning goods apply, please confirm with the salesman you are dealing with the time limit you have in returning your products.

Damaged Goods or Incomplete Orders

Please contact Customer Services and we will help solve the problem. Venus Concept will send you out a cover (loan) machine in the case of broken equipment.

Please Remember

• Returned products must be unused, unmarked and unopened
• Venus Concept must be notified of returns within 3 working days
• Products should be returned in their original packaging and wrapped/ boxed to prevent damage during transport back to Venus Concept at the below address
